Episode 1
Yuko once had dreams of a life with her boyfriend Ken. But their love was not strong enough to overcome the distance after Ken left school to learn furniture building in Hokkaido. Now, married with two children, Yuko is a housewife. Her one enjoyment is chatting with other women at Mayumi's beauty salon. Sakiko, another client, lives with her daughter while her husband works out of town. Mayumi's husband is a seldom-employed actor who takes care of things at home while Mayumi runs her salon.
Episode 2
Yuko's heart skips a beat when she gets a call from her old boyfriend Kenichi, but he's just calling to confirm an order. Mayumi gives Yuko and Sakiko coupons for facials to give them a chance to go out together. On Sunday, Ryohei goes out, saying he has to go to his office. Yuko is puzzled when not much later, she gets a call from Ryohei's office, asking him to come in because there's been some trouble.
Episode 3
Mayumi and her husband Ichiro spot Sakiko's daughter entering a hotel with a man. Mayumi mentions it to Yuko the next day, but they decide not to tell Sakiko about it. However, at Yuko and Ryohei's housewarming party, Ichiro lets it slip out...
Episode 4
Sakiko is depressed after learning that her daughter is having an affair. Yuko hears about this from Mayumi, but of course she has no idea the man is Ryohei. The next day, Ryohei suddenly begins to shower attention on his family, and Yuko gets suspicious.
Episode 5
Yuko makes an urgent call to Ryohei's hotel room, but a woman answers. Calling a second time, she finally reaches Ryohei, but Yuko has a niggling suspicion that he is having an affair. Meanwhile, Hiroshi pursues Sakiko.
Episode 6
After spending a night with Hiroshi, Sakiko is filled with remorse. News of her husband's imminent return heightens those feelings. Meanwhile, Yuko goes out with Kenichi and confesses something from their college days.
Episode 7
Ryohei has decided to cut off his ties with Risa, whenYuko finally realizes who Ryohei's lover is. Meanwhile, although her husband is coming home for a visit, Sakiko decides to go on an overnight trip with Hiroshi. And there are signs of trouble in Mayumi's home.
Episode 8
After a quarrel with Ryohei, Yuko goes off to talk with Kenichi. Kenichi finally manages to talk her into returning home, but when he drops her off at her home, they are seen by Ryohei. After spending a night with a young actress, Ichiro rakes his brain for some excuse.
Episode 9
Ichiro goes off for a performance in Osaka. He tries to apologize to Mayumi, but she refuses to take his calls. Meanwhile, Yuko has followed Kenichi to Hokkaido; and Sakiko is stunned when her husband comes home without warning.
Episode 10
Final Episode. Yuko confesses to Ryohei that she had been in Hokkaido. They have both come to feel that their marriage can't go on. Ichiro is angered to find Mayumi in the arms of another man. And Sakiko is ready to sign her divorce papers.
