Junichi is a scout for a hostess bar. He's been at the job for seven years, but he's too softhearted to be a real success. Junichi and Nanami, a music teacher, have a disastrous first meeting. However, by the fourth time they bump into each other, Nanami begins to see Junichi as the man who just might save her from a mediocre life.

Episode 1 (3/22/00)
Junichi and Ryo are scouts for a hostess bar. Junichi and Nanami's relationship gets a bad start when Ryo tries to recruit 29-year-old Nanami, and Junichi criticizes him for trying to recruit someone so "old." Junichi's boss threatens to make him liable for money that Juri, one of his recruits, owes him.
Episode 2 (3/29/00)
Softhearted Junichi now owes 1 million yen thanks to Juri. He tries the quickest way to earn that money--recruiting actresses for adult videos--but gets nowhere. His boss then orders Junichi to take candid videos of ordinary women, so he targets Nanami, who has hurt him.
Episode 3 (4/5/00)
Desperate for money, Junichi and Ryo go to the horse races. Ryo gets lucky on one race, and Junichi decides to put their winnings on the next race. They run into Nanami, who's waiting for her fiancé Manabe. Junichi invites her to dinner after the next race....

After school, Nanami and Ayumi find Junichi and Ryo waiting for them in a convertible. They go out to dinner where Ryo proceeds to tell the girls all about Junichi. Ryo later overhears Ayumi telling Nanami that she should tell Junichi about her engagement to Manabe....
Episode 5 (4/19/00)
Nanami's heart isn't in her wedding preparations. Her father senses that she's in love with someone else. Meanwhile, Junichi is ordered by Akabane to deliver a package to a client. Although they were told not to peek, curiosity overcomes them....

Junichi tries his best to disassociate himself from Ryo and Juri, in order to keep them safe. Although Ryo knows the reasons behind Junichi's actions, he still insists he wants to stay. Nanami finally tells Manabe that she loves someone else....
Episode 7 (5/3/00)
Nanami is please with herself after finally making up her mind to leave her fiancé for Junichi. Ryo and Juri buy fireworks to help them celebrate. However, her fiancé, Manabe, begins tormenting Nanami....
Episode 8 (5/10/00)
Nanami pays a heavy price for choosing Junichi--she quits her job, is disowned by her father, and has no home. Junichi is her only hope. Akabane, in whom Junichi has full faith, sends Junichi on one final job.
Episode 9 (5/17/00)
Betrayed by Akabane, Junichi and Ryo find themselves pursued by a Chinese gangster.When Junichi realizes what Akabane is about to leave the country, he, Nanami and Juri rush to the airports and catch up with him at Haneda.
Episode 10 (5/24/00) Final Episode.
Framed for murder, Junichi is being pursued by both the police and Akabane. Nanami, Ryo and Juri stick with him as he tries to evade the police. Junichi and Nanami end up in a church where a wedding is being held....
