Beauty (Utsukushii Hito)
Misaki Kyosuke is a plastic surgeon who lost his violinist wife four years previously in an accident while she was on tour. His only wish now is to live a quiet life and watch his teenage daughter grow up. He is faced, one day, with a moral dilemma when a young woman comes to him for surgical help.

Episode 1 [70-minute episode]
Once the surgical head of a university hospital, Kyosuke is now a cosmetic surgeon. One day, a young woman comes to Kyosuke and begs him to change everything about her looks. Suspicious of her motives, Kyosuke refuses, but the woman refuses to back down.
Episode 2
Kyosuke turns Miyuki into the spitting image of his late wife. Reborn and freed from her abusive husband Jiro, Miyuki goes out on a date, but ends up in Kyosuke's care when he discovers her unconscious at a restaurant.
Episode 3
Unable to ignore her plight, Kyosuke brings Miyuki home to live with him. Now that Miyuki looks like his late wife, Kyosuke finds himself being drawn to her. Meanwhile, Miyuki's husband Jiro is not far....
Episode 4
Kyosuke helps Miyuki find an apartment, then furnish it. One day, Kyosuke notices that Asami seems to be attracted to Jiro. He tries to warn Asami, but she becomes upset. Asami approaches Jiro regarding Jun, but Jiro turns on her in anger....
Episode 5
Jiro obtains a surveillance video of a woman logging into Miyuki's bank account. Jun, who has been shown a photo of that woman, happens to see her one day and follows her home. When Atsushi visits Miyuki's apartment the next day, he is attacked by someone....
Episode 6
Kyosuke takes Miyuki on a trip to get away for a while. Meanwhile, Jun brings Kyosuke's daughter Keiko to Jiro's apartment. He intends to use Keiko to get at Miyuki. Kyosuke confesses to Miyuki that his wife never loved him.
Episode 7
Jiro guesses there's some connection between Miyuki and Akiyama Chieko (her alias). Miyuki decides to confront Jiro instead of running away, and ends up practically a prisoner. Kyosuke returns to Tokyo to try to save her.
Episode 8
Kyosuke is like an empty shell, now that Miyuki is back living with Jiro. The people around him attack him with disparaging remarks. Only his daughter seems to sympathize with him. Kyosuke visits Miyuki one last time, to find out why she returned to Jiro....
Episode 9
Miyuki finally comes to her senses and returns to Kyosuke. Jiro agrees to a divorce, so Miyuki and Kyosuke plan to announce their engagement at their Christmas party. However, Kyosuke's daughter disappears one day, and Miyuki believes Jiro has her.
Episode 10 [70-minute final episode]
Miyuki tries to kill Jiro with a flower pot, intending to kill herself as well. However, Jiro pulls out a gun and shoots her. Kyosuke returns to the OR in order to try to save the woman he loves. Jiro is arrested and interrogated....
