Today's Menu #14 Broiled (or Grilled) Mackerel with Salt
Ingredients (2 People)
2. Place on a grill, broil till slightly brown on both sides (about 8-10 minutes).Keep an eye on it to be sure not to over cook. 3. Mix Vinegar and sugar. Grate radish and mix with sweet vinegar. 4. On a plate, place shiso leaf and the broiled Mackerel and grated radish on top.

Boiled Rice with Green Peas and Chicken Ingredients (4 people)
1. Prepare rice with the kelp in rice cooker. Add 2 tablespoon Sake. Let it soak. 2. Cut the carrot and chicken into bite sized pieces. Add the light soy sauce and let soak. Add the peas and mix. Take kelp from rice cooker and cut into small pieces. Mix all together. 3. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt in rice cooker and mix lightly, toss in ingredients from #2. Mix ingredients and cook.
